L'école de poterie de Gloucester a actuellement quelques roues Shimpo Whisper disponibles à la location.
 
Vous devez être en mesure de transporter la roue en toute sécurité jusqu'à votre propre espace de studio pour la durée de la location.  Les roues sont en état de marche, elles comprennent des bacs anti-éclaboussures et des épingles de chauve-souris._cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b -136bad5cf58d_ Les chauves-souris peuvent être louées moyennant des frais supplémentaires.  
 
Toutes les locations de tour de potier nécessitent une carte de crédit et un permis de conduire avec l'adresse actuelle, et un contrat de location signé au moment du ramassage.

    1. This Agreement is for the rental of an electric potter’s wheel (“Wheel”) from Gloucester Pottery School (GPS) to RENTER identified at the bottom of this form.  
      1. Included: 1 Shimpo Whisper pottery wheel
      2. Not Included: clay, firings, bats, stool, or tools 
    2. The Wheel remains the property of GPS. RENTER has no rights to the wheel other than provided for in this Agreement.
    3. The RENTER agrees to pay the rental fees in accordance with the fee structure established. The rental fee is due in advance.
    4. Payment is due in advance of receiving your rental. If a monthly rental would like to be extended by another week, payment is again due prior to the start of that following week. There will be a $25 Late payment fee for each unpaid week of a rental extension.
    5. The RENTER shall arrange a day and time to pickup Wheel from GPS. GPS will not release Wheel outside of arranged day/time.  Arrangements are to be made through studiomanager@gloucesterpotteryschool.com
    6. The RENTER shall keep and maintain the Wheel during the terms of the rental at their own cost and expense. They shall keep the equipment in a good state of repair, normal wear and tear excepted.
    7. The RENTER shall pay GPS full compensation for replacement and/or repair of any equipment which is not returned or any equipment which is damaged and in need of repair to put it into the same condition it was in at the time of rental, normal wear and tear excepted. GPS’s invoice for replacement or repair is conclusive as to the amount RENTER shall pay under this paragraph for repair or replacement.
    8. The RENTER shall not remove the equipment from the place of use of the Wheel as identified on this form without prior written approval from GPS.
    9. This Agreement is between GPS and the RENTER. Any other people using the Wheel must be approved by GPS.
    10. The Wheel should be returned to GPS at the end of the rental period. The RENTER shall arrange a day and time to return Wheel to GPS. GPS will not accept Wheel outside of arranged day/time.  Arrangements are to be made through studiomanager@gloucesterpotteryschool.com
    11. No refund will be made for any portion of a rental period that the Wheel is not used by RENTER.
    12. Acceptance of returned wheel by GPS does not constitute a waiver of any of the rights GPS has under the rental agreement.
    13. The RENTER shall not pledge or encumber the rented equipment in any way.
    14. GPS may terminate this Agreement immediately upon the failure of RENTER to make rental payments when due.
    15. GPS makes no warranty of any kind regarding the rented equipment, except that GPS shall replace the equipment with identical or similar equipment if the equipment fails to operate in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and operation instructions. Such replacement shall be made as soon as practicable.
    16. The RENTER indemnifies and holds GPS harmless for all injuries or damage of any kind.
    17. The RENTER shall be responsible for all reasonable legal fees and other costs involved in collection of overdue amounts and/or recovery of wheel.

     

    Additions to Wheel Rental: Clay, Firing, Glazing, and Bats

    • The RENTER may request to rent bats for the duration of the month.  Studio Pro Tile Bat system including base system, bat pins and 8 tile bats is $20+tax per month. 12 inch round bats are $2+tax each per month.
    • The RENTER may purchase clay from GPS at the price of $42+tax per bag.
    • As a school GPS prioritizes the firing of student and unable to process large volume of outside work.  Wheel RENTERS that purchase clay from GPS may have up to one 24” diameter round kiln shelf’s worth of work bisqued per month. The bisque firing fee is included in price of clay. Clay not purchased at GPS is subject to bisque firing fee.   RENTER is welcome to fire work elsewhere. 
    • Wheel RENTER may have up to one 24” diameter round kiln shelf’s worth of work glazed fired per month.  Glazing and firing fees will apply.
    • All additions to wheel rental including clay, firings, glazing, bats and additional months will be invoiced through www.gloucesterpotteryschool.com
